Shipping and delivery

We offer standard delivery (Free on orders over IDR 499K):
We will deliver your package within 3-5 business days, excluding processing times. During high season, delivery might take a little longer.
Your order is shipped from TLO warehouse in Jakarta.

Payment

We accept online payment through Bank Transfer, Virtual Account, and Credit Cards (VISA and MASTERCARD).
Payment should be made strictly in 48 hours (2 days) after checking out. We will automatically send an invoice with the details of your order via email.

If you can't transfer and confirm within that time, your orders will automatically expire. You may order again, but we cannot guarantee the availability of our products.

Confirmation (only for Bank Transfer) should be made strictly after you have paid your order. You can make the confirmation easily by clicking on the 'CONFIRM PAYMENT' link. Be sure to keep your order ID so you can confirm your order.

You do not need to confirm your payment unless you make payment with bank transfer.

Pre-Orders

PRE-ORDER: These are items that are still in production and/or are currently sold-out in our web. Pre-order is placing orders in advance of stock being received by TLO and requires a full payment up front. DETAILS, TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Full payment is required via www.thelifeof.id.
2. Approximate ship date is advised when the order is placed.
3. Once ordered items have been delivered to you, our standard refund and exchange policy.
4. If in any case we cannot fulfill your pre-order items, we will refund your payment in full by the payment method you have used.
6. Orders without any payment made on behalf of the customer will be automatically cancelled.
7. Terms and conditions subject to change without prior notice.

Returns & Exchange

We hope you will love everything that you order from but if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days to return it to us. We'll give you a full refund by Store Credit with no expiration date.

All sale items are not eligible for return & exchange.

If you were to find any defects on the items you receive or if we have sent the wrong items and we have no more stock on the items you ordered, we will give you full refund on the same method you used to pay.

We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on.

The items bought online cannot be refunded or exchanged in any of our stores.

Your return should take a maximum of 14 days to reach us and be processed but during busy periods (such as holidays and sales), it can take a little longer. You will receive a return confirmation email once we have processed the return.

How to return:
1. Pack up your items in original packaging where possible and be include your completed Return Form.
2. Send the items via your chosen shipping company.
3. Wait for your Return Confirmation email, which we will send when we have processed your return.

It can take up to 14 days to receive and complete your return. Please keep hold of your receipt in the meantime until the return process is complete.

When will you receive my return?
Your return will take up to 14 days to reach us and be processed. If it's been longer, please contact Customer Service with proof of return, e.g. collection receipt, drop off slip.
When will I receive my refund?
Your refund will be processed within 14 days of sending the items back to us. You'll be refunded in Store Credit. We'll always send you a Return Confirmation email when we have received your return and are processing your refund payment.
If you haven't received your return or refund confirmation from us, please contact Customer Service.

Order and tracking

We will send you a shipment confirmation email as soon as we start packing your package. It consists of the delivery information and a link to track your order online. It may take some days before the tracking information is uploaded. You can also track your order under ‘MY ORDERS’ when you log in at My Account.
